She is very knowledgeable of nutrition in general and a good understanding of food choice related to health outcomes. Her philosophy as a nutritionist is that healthy choices can also be good-tasting ones.
She first also introduced me to fasting, which I practice from time to time. I would highly recommend her, not only because she is fun to work with but also because she is a professional and won’t hesitate to speak candidly and openly if something is not working out.

Monisha initially came into our kitchen, went through the pantry, put aside what she believed we could do away with, put a list of food that we often eat and went through menu by menu with us. This took time and was a process and journey of learning
She taught us different ways of food preparation, which were healthier, and showed us how to better retain nutritional value when cooking. The changes and alterations were slight and hardly altered the taste of the meals
She also introduced us to different food replacements to try in our everyday recipes. Some dishes tasted just as good, with the healthier ingredients, and others needed further work on
Monisha is an extremely patient coach and happy to guide through one on one meetings, through messages and through emails
We have had long chats about fitness and exercise which were real eye openers for me. I was apparently working out too much and was advised to stop for several weeks to allow my body to reset - this was some of the best advice!
